If your order was not dispatched, your card wasn't charged. Instead, the amount was merely held as a pending transaction. We do an authorization when the order is placed to verify that the funds are available. We do not charge your account until the order has been shipped.
As soon as we cancel the pending order, this transaction is voided and the amount is released. It typically takes a few business days for a bank to process this and reflect it in your account.
Your bank can provide clarity on the exact time it will take for the funds to reappear in your account.
